His experience is centered upon obtaining planning approvals for private sector clients pertaining to mixed-use, residential, institutional, and commercial projects in urban, suburban, and rural contexts. Scott engages planning projects with an approach that combines innovative planning solutions with thoughtful community engagement. At Fotenn, Scott works on a wide range of projects through the preparation of planning documents and through project management.
