Paul is a bilingual Associate, Planner with a background in land development and municipal planning. His strengths lie in providing a range of planning services to his clients which include Windmill Developments and the Ottawa Senators. He often works to prepare planning rationales and development applications while monitoring the progress through to municipal approvals. Paul is also regularly engaged by clients to provide municipal planning services which include the review of planning applications as well as provision of planning advice.
