Nico is a bilingual Senior Planner with a background in watershed planning and municipal economic development. Nico has experience in a wide range of planning projects, such as reviewing several types of planning and development applications, as well as promoting and implementing a Community Improvement Plan for the Town of Smiths Falls. In Fotenn’s Ottawa office, Nico works on a variety of commercial and residential development projects.
