Mike is a Principal of Planning and Development. He has over 20 years of professional planning experience in land development, policy planning and facilitation and has completed land use evaluations and planning approvals for private sector developers. Mike’s policy work is far-reaching and covers a range of topics including: rural and small-town planning, shoreline development and community improvement. His unique approach to planning demonstrates a special understanding for creating appropriate and relevant public consultation opportunities. Mike is also routinely called upon as an expert witness for Ontario Municipal Board hearings.
