A new major retail shopping centre in Ottawa’s west end

On behalf of RioCan Management and Tanger Outlets, Fotenn led the multi-disciplinary team that prepared development applications for one of the first Tanger Outlet Centres in Canada. Municipal approvals included a Plan of Subdivision, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control applications for the regional outlet centre located in the Ottawa’s west end.

Tanger Outlets Ottawa is a 300,000 square foot outlet shopping centre with regional appeal located just off Highway 417, adjacent to the Canadian Tire Centre. Phase 1 of the Centre opened in 2013 with additional development ongoing on the site.
