Fotenn was retained by Windmill Development Group to prepare an Application for a Minor Variance for Cathedral Hill. The need for a minor variance was to resolve issues of non-conformity resulting from building construction.
The application required precision in its language and numbers due to the range of scale associated with the variance. With extensive experience in dealing with the Committee of Adjustment, Fotenn was able to efficiently address both the city and client’s needs.
