On behalf of Trinity Development Group, Fotenn led a multi-disciplinary team that prepared and submitted development applications for a mixed-use redevelopment along the recently improved Rideau Street.
Involved from the earliest stages of the project development, Fotenn provided due diligence reports and led the preparation of development applications for the lands. We also provided expert witness testimony at the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) and represented Trinity and others during the concurrent Uptown Rideau Community Design Plan review.
This particular mixed-use redevelopment will feature two storeys of retail space abutting Rideau Street with the objective of providing an opportunity for meaningful retail which will benefit the corridor. The development also features two 25-storey residential towers within close proximity to the new Rideau LRT station.
