On October 17th, 2019, Miguel Tremblay, Partner moderated a session at the Ottawa Real Estate Forum. The “Real Estate Opportunities In Gatineau – Best Kept Secret In The National Capital Region” discussion dealt with the development process and investment opportunities in the City of Gatineau, in all sectors: retail, office, industrial and residential, both in the downtown and the suburbs, now characterized by BRT transit. The panel members included : Dominique Guidon, Leasing Director, Groupe Heafey, Alain Grandmaison, Executive Vice-President, Junic and François Juneau, CEO, Multivesco Inc.
