Fotenn’s Ted Fobert Hosted “Ted’s Walk” – a Walking Tour of Westboro

As part of the 2015 Ottawa Architecture Week, Ted Fobert – founding Partner of Fotenn Consultants Inc. hosted a rare guided walking tour of Westboro on September 22nd.

Over the last 30+ years, Ted has been one of Ottawa’s most influential planners, having had significant involvement in shaping Westboro’s planning and development. Ted and attendees visited 14 key projects along Richmond Road from The Piccadilly at 1422 Wellington, to Westboro Station at 401 Golden Avenue.

Ted was joined by Roderick Lahey, founder and Principal of rla/architecture, one of Ottawa’s premiere architecture firms; and lead architect on a number of the projects on Richmond Road.
