Fotenn’s Sarah Millar is the Keynote Speaker at the 2017 National BIA Conference

Fotenn’s Sarah Millar was pleased to be the keynote speaker at this year’s 2017 National BIA Conference in Toronto where the theme was “Measuring our Return on Investment (ROI)”. Sarah has been the project manager for the OBIAA/TABIA’s Return on Investment of BIAs Project and presented the findings to date of this year-long project.
