Fotenn at the OPPI 2017 Conference

Fotenn was excited to attend this years’ OPPI Conference in Blue Mountain from October 3rd to 5th. Margo Watson (Managing Partner), Matt Reid (Manager, Planning + Design), Julie Cararra (Senior Planner), and Youko Leclerc-Desjardins (Planner) were all in attendance, and took in a number of great keynotes, sessions, and activities.
Margo, Julie and Youko’s session, entitled ‘Generational Influence on Internal Change and Service Delivery’ leveraged the experience of three generations of Fotenn planners to discuss generational dynamics, change management, and succession planning in light of the firm’s transition of ownership. The session was well attended, and facilitated a great follow-up discussion amongst attendees.
A big congratulations to Youko, and all the new RPPs, who were recognized at a special dinner celebration.
It was great to catch up with old colleagues, meet new planners, and enjoy beautiful Blue Mountain. We look forward to Sudbury in 2018!
