Fotenn and BuildGreen Solutions Awarded the Sustainable Neighbourhood Master Plan for the Tannery District in the Town of Cobourg

Fotenn, together with BuildGreen Solutions, C.F. Crozier & Associates Engineers, and Altus Group, are excited to have been awarded the Sustainable Neighbourhood Master Plan and Implementing Secondary Plan and Zoning By-law for the Tannery District in the Town of Cobourg. The Tannery District represents the next chapter in Cobourg’s commitment to sustainable community design, and is an exciting opportunity to develop a policy framework that will be a model for sustainable communities throughout Ontario and beyond. Fotenn’s project team, which includes Margo Watson, Michael Stott, Paul Black, and Michelle Blom, will work on the planning and design aspects of the project, collaborating closely with BuildGreen to integrate sustainability throughout the Master Plan. Fotenn and BuildGreen will also lead an extensive community engagement program to ensure grass roots participation and enhanced public awareness of the project.
