On October 2nd and 3rd, 2019, Miguel Tremblay, Partner at Fotenn Planning + Design along with Roderick Lahey, Architect, RLA jointly taught the Planning and Zoning module of the “Certificate in Real Estate Development” offered together by the Carleton University Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism and the Sprott School of Business.

The first year certificate provides a comprehensive approach to city building, land planning, contract and land use law, marketing and transactions, financial fundamentals and and pro forma formulation, all geared towards developers.

Miguel’s 2 day session included Stuart Craig, VP at Riocan, Rejane Padaratz, Associate and Urban Designer at Fotenn Planning + Design and Larry Beasley, Founding Principal at Beasley and Associates as guest speakers and presenters.
