At Fotenn, we provide integrated solutions to the planning challenges faced by public and private sector clients at all stages of the planning cycle from policy formulation to consenting and project delivery. We work with our clients in order to understand specific needs, assets and constraints in order to create a tailor-made innovative strategy geared toward successful implementation. We offer comprehensive services in planning, approvals and management to a wide and varied client list within the public and private sectors. Presently, we are engaged in an extensive range of projects country-wide. By adhering to a service-oriented yet creative approach, Fotenn is committed to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions for all of our projects.
Since our inception, Fotenn has worked with, and represented, a wide range of public sector clients including federal departments, provincial / territorial governments, and municipalities across Canada. This work includes the development of regional, urban, campus, and neighbourhood plans and land use regulations in a variety of contexts and legislative environments. Our work as taken us across Canada including the Far North where we have developed a specialized expertise in planning North of 60.
Through our engagement on a broad range of projects across the country, we bring a service-oriented, collaborative, and locally-sensitive approach as well as a sound understanding of regional policy and regulatory frameworks. Our approach when working in and for other communities is to visit, engage and listen to learn about community values, issues and areas of interest before proposing solutions.
