FoTenn Management Inc. was formed in 2001 to provide real estate and property management services to Hydro One Networks Inc. for hydro corridor lands within City of Ottawa municipal boundaries.

FoTenn Management continues to administer the newly formed Provincial Secondary Land Use Program for hydro corridor lands, including the management of new and existing leases/licenses, grants of easements, and road sales, as well as preserving the rights and ability of Hydro One Networks Inc. to successfully maintain and operate their primary use of transmission of electricity.

FoTenn Management also provides planning and real estate support services to various municipalities in Ontario, primarily in the areas of development approvals and real property asset management. As an affiliate, the full planning and design services of FoTenn Consultants Inc. are available to FoTenn Management Inc., as needed.

 


  Florence Robinson leads the professional real estate and property management services of the Hydro One Networks Inc. contract which since 2003 also includes coordination and collaboration with the provincial agency Ontario Realty Corporation. Florence brings extensive business management experience from both the private and public sectors. As a computer systems consultant for over 10 years, she assessed the needs of corporate clients, provided cost-benefit analysis, recommended and implemented systems to improve business practices. More recently, as Director of Corporate Services for FoTenn Consultants Inc., Florence managed the day-to-day administrative and financial operations for the firm. She also has broad experience with a variety of urban planning and real estate files.
